Harrison is an Energy law expert and well knowledged in oil and gas law and contracting, as well as electricity regulation. He has attended a number of energy law seminars and conferences organised within and outside Nigeria, and has published a number of works on oil and gas related issues. Harrison routinely advises clients on Energy and Natural resources law including regulatory compliance regimes. Before joining the firm, he worked briefly as an Energy Law consultant in Surge Consultants, an Aberdeen based consulting firm. An advocate of local content regime, he has prepared Nigerian Local Content plans for a number of oil and gas companies in Nigeria.

Harrison has also prepared and reviewed petroleum industry service contracts for a number of indigenious oil servicing firms.
