Adanma is an Associate and the head of the firm’s Real Estate Department. She specialises in Property Law and Conveyancing, and has advised several national and multinational companies on property law related transactions including but not limited to development Lease, Securitasation, Mortgages, Powers of Attorneys, negotiation of leases and title investigation. Her experience in real estate financing, investments and dispute resolution is invaluable. She was part of the legal team that advised a leading Nigerian Real Estate Investment company on the acquisition, financing and development of a mega estate along Lekki- Ajah corridor. She also regularly offers company secretarial service to various clients in the Shipping, Aviation, energy and consumer market services. A football enthusiast and a history buff, Adanma also enjoys listening to classic music, writing short stories and poetry.
